HBC Development Management Committee Meetings

The Development Management Committee (formerly Development Control Committee) meets at 5.00 pm every three weeks in the HBC offices, normally committee room one.

    Making a Deputation.

    If you wish to speak at the meeting to oppose, or support, an application you have to notify the committee in advance and there are very strict rules of procedure so read these instructions carefully. you must make your request in writing to the following address: Democratic Services Civic Offices Civic Centre Road Havant Hants PO9 2AX Fax (023) 9248 0263

    Requests to make a deputation must be received by the Democratic Services Manager by 5pm on the Tuesday before the Development Control Committee.
