Emsworth Victoria Cottage Hospital now closed to inpatients

All the existing patients were moved out within hours of the meeting at which the formal decision was taken.

Many thanks to all those who gave their time and energy to support the campaign to save the EVCH.

THE ERA will now be monitoring the new arrangements for supporting those at home to see how quickly and effectively they are established. We will be prepared to take the East Hants Primary Care Trust to task should these arrangements fail in any way.
