History:

The main issues relevant for Emsworth are:

  1. Reserve housing site for 250 houses at Hampshire Farm main details 2004 update Feb 2005: list of potential objection points.
  2. Basline allocation for 55 houses at Oak Tree drive in the northern part of the ward.  list of objection points.
  3. Industrial development between A27 and railway line to the west of the station.  List of objection points.
  4. Protection given to open spaces (“Gaps”) and nature conservation area
  5. Proposed woodland cemetery on Horndean Road has been abandoned in favour of a larger recreation ground
  6. The Forest of Bere has been restored to the plan
Representations about and objections to the Proposed Modifications of Local Plan must be made by 14 March 2005

Objections must be made on special forms available HERE these can be filled in electronically and emailed or printed and posted.

 They can also be obtained from obtained from: the main reception desk at Havant Borough Council’s Civic Offices or local libraries.

If you have sent in comments about the Local Plan on previous occasions, you should receive a letter from the Planning Policy and Urban Design Team at HBC including a form for complaint.
