Storm Surge in Emsworth, Chichester Harbour 10 March 2008
The flooding was due to a combination of an exceptionally high spring tide and a strong southerly gale. Such conditions are becoming far more frequent. The storm produced a Turneresque effect on the photographs when rain gets on the lens.
