Rates
£150 per single column advert (Double advert £300). This is an inclusive price for four insertions: January, April, July and October, and includes basic typesetting as required. Graphics and complex design work will be charged extra. Contact gingerprint for a quotation.
Layout
Double adverts can be either: landscape (standard height double width across the bottom of the page). or portrait (single column double height down the side of a page).
Artwork
We can accept your own art-work in any of these sizes. Please send high resolution Jpeg or Gif files. If you wish to send hard copy or in other formats please contact Gingerpring first to discuss size and print quality.

Terms of acceptance
Advertisements will normally run for four issues of The EMS starting with the January issue and be prepaid unless otherwise agreed. Basic typesetting of the initial advertisement is free as are changes requested subsequently for January issues. Graphic work and complex designs are charged extra. Any further typesetting required is charged at cost, with a minimum charge of £5.00.
Waiting list
The total number of adverts we can carry is fixed and we keep a list of potential advertisers. We do get a few cancellations during the year and it's always worth asking. If you wish to advertise for 2009 get in touch early and we will contact you in October to arrange details.
